The winner of the inaugural women’s Ballon d’Or in 2018, Ada Hegerberg is a Norwegian professional footballer who plays as a striker for the Division 1 Féminine ( Championnat de France de Football Féminin) club Olympique Lyonnais.
The winner of 2016 UEFA Best Women’s Player in Europe Award and in 2017, Ada Hegerberg was named BBC Women’s Footballer of the Year, made her debut for Kolbotn in 2010.
In 2011, at the age of only 16, she scored a hat-trick (three goals in seven minutes) in Toppserien and became youngest player to score a hat-trick in the tournament.
Hegerberg is a gifted footballer. She won her third straight Champions League title with Olympique Lyonnais last year and finished with a record 15 goals in the competition. Hegerberg has achieved 193 times for the club since 2014, with 19 coming in 18 league matches this season.
