Udaipur : Getting two thousand people enrolled in the BJP members list can earn partyworkers an opportunity to meet the Chief Minister over a cup of tea. To speed up the ongoing party membership drive, the minority cell has come up with this exciting offer which was conveyed to the workers in a meeting held recently here. Firoz Khan, the divisional incharge of the minority morcha in a meeting with the party workers announced that they could get an opportunity to meet CM Vasundhara Raje, if they successfully achieved the target of joining two thousand members each under the membership drive.
“ Morcha will arrange for the tea party at its own level and the qualifying workers will be informed well in time once the event date is fixed” said Khan. A target of joining 40 thousand people have been set for the division and the minority morcha is doing all efforts to achieve the target before the month end. The cell members are reaching out to the Muslims with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s development plank of inclusive growth. “ People from the minority sects would join willingly because they have seen how swiftly Modi ji is working towards development. The recent wins at the panchayat and urban bodies have also encouraged the people to join the party” one of the senior leader said.
The party is also trying to iron out differences and eliminate groupism among existing members. “ Do not bear ill feelings in minds for one another, but write to us and we will try to sort out all the differences” leaders advised workers in the meeting. “Even if you do not agree with any decision, do not haste into conclusions but speak to us before making it public” came the advice. Party’s district president Dinesh Bhatt, minority morcha’s general secretary Salawat Khan, state member Farruq Khan, Salim Mohammed, Nathey Khan Pathan, Jakeer Ghati etc were present in the meeting.
